SMS is built on dedicated phone numbers assigned to your workspace. Two number types are available, each with different capabilities.

Number types

Landline numbers cannot send or receive SMS. They support Mailbox campaigns only.

Purchasing a number

Phone numbers are purchased through the dashboard — there is no API for buying or provisioning numbers. Process:
  1. Go to Channels → Phone numbers → Request a number in the dashboard.
  2. Select the number type (Mobile or Landline) and your preferred country.
  3. Submit the request. Each number requires manual activation — the platform verifies company ownership before the number is enabled.
  4. Once activated, the number appears as a channel in your workspace.
Activation requires verified company ownership. You will be notified in the dashboard when the number is active.

Billing

Phone numbers are billed at a flat monthly rate per number, separate from message billing. The monthly fee begins from the date of activation. Pricing is shown in the dashboard during the purchase flow.
